Here is instructions on what to do:

1. Type your Instagram account nickname, full name and email at the bottom of this page and click submit.
2. Go on your Instagram profile page and search for @faceworkout_club, after that request to follow. This is a private Instagram group, I will accept your request when I see your nickname Tuesday, October 31st..
3. Prepare everything that we will need for face workouts. If you need any facial tools or skin care, you can buy it in my store at www.faceworkoutco/shop
4. First lesson I will be streaming Wedesday, November 1st at 7-30 am EST. If you can't make it this time, it's not a problem. Lessons will be saved in the Instagram feed and you can use it anytime.
