Face kinesiology taping is the new "botox" of Europe, natural face rejuvenation technique which became very popular from the last 2 years in Europe. This is an absolutely safe method. ️ Indeed, not one negative side effect has been reported using face kinesiology taping.

Kinesiology tape was invented by a Japanese chiropractor, Kenzo Kase in the 1970s. Dr. Kase was searching for a sports taping method which could assist in the healing of traumatized tissue and muscles.

The tape works by lifting the epidermis of the skin, allowing blood to flow more easily to an injured area, improving the circulation and reducing inflammation and pain along the way, relaxing muscles, effectively making incremental changes to the fascia over time.

The idea of the method is that the elastic kinesiology tape with the same elasticity as human skin, made of cotton on a hypoallergenic adhesive base is glued to the skin. Apply kinesiology tape before you go to bed and it will work 7-8 hours while you're sleeping!
