Week 1 - Upper Face
Wed 11.01. Face Workout focusing on eyes (crow's feet, drooping eyelids)
Fri 11.03. Face Workout focusing on frown, bunny and forehead lines.

Week 2 - Middle & Lower Face
Mon 11.06. Face workout focusing on area around mouth (lip lines, jowls, nasolabials)- gloves.
Wed 11.08. Buccal & Intranasal massage.
Fri 11.10. Face Workout focusing on neck & double chin, sharp jawline- body myofascial release for double chin reduction.

Week 3 - Cupping Face Sculpting & Lifting.
Mon 11.13. Quick Face Cupping for morning depuffiness.
Wed 11.15. Face Cupping focusing on facial lines reduction.
Fri 11.17. Face Workout focusing on neckline and neck- body myofascial release for long neck & neck lines reduction.

Week 4 - Gua Sha Face Sculpting & Lifting.
Mon 11.20. Quick Gua Sha facial for morning depuffiness.
Wed 11.22. Gua Sha facial focusing on facial lines reduction.
Fri 11.24. Face workout focusing on drooping eyelids, forehead lines- body myofascial release for forehead lines reduction.

Week 5 - Myofascial Release & Osteopathy.
Mon 11.27. Face Osteopathy & Myofascial release
Wed 11.29. Body myofascial release for face opening. Face Osteopathy.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR FACE WORKOUTS:
  • mirror
  • body kinesiology tape & sharp scissors
  • wine cork & resistance band
  • face mist, face oil
  • medical gloves & paper towel
  • Gua Sha
  • Face Cups
  • Face Massage Balls ( spiky & regular)
  • Two Spoons
  • Clean face & clean hands
  • Foam roller, peanut ball & MFR or tennis ball
